I hate seeing hate on the new Catching Fire cast. Like how people wanted other people to be cast as Johanna Mason or Beetee or something like that. For me at first with the Hunger Games cast, I wasn’t really sure about it, mostly with the less main characters. But as I watched the trailer more and read the book more and saw teasers they seemed flawless. And they were. I bet it’s gonna be the same for Catching Fire.
So I haven’t watched the episode “Theatricality” because here in Australia, the episodes are way behind and it’s also the weekdays so I don’t want to risk crying over Nellie’s elimination during school.
I’ve already seen many gifs and spoilers over the past week and have cried over it a lot. It makes me really sad that Nellie has so much potential in the future and she deserves to win. I really think that. She’s the quirky introvert that Glee needs and she has an amazing voice. I’m just really frustrated at Ryan for not seeing that. He told Nellie to fake it so win or somethings, I can’t remember. He chucked her at the back of the dancing during ‘When I Grow Up’. And she was a fabulous Britney Spears.
I have never felt so emotionally attached to a reality TV contender. Never. Not even Masterchef or XFactor or the Voice. Just putting it out there.
